This is a Sharp Cheddar Cheese with a Creamy texture, aged for 12 months but retaining it's moisture. I have never tasted this particular range of sharpness in a cheese before. Sorry but I am not a Wine Connoisseur, so I am open for future suggestions on which wine would go well with this cheese. This cheese sells for $8.25 per pound with a three pound minimum purchase.

This is a Baby Swiss Cheese with a Very Creamy texture. This is a very unique taste and I have only found this in the Lancaster Markets.
